We would like to welcome you to our extensive business and conference centre facilities at the Four Seasons Hotel Monaghan. Located just outside Monaghan town with ample private free on-site parking for guests and award-winning leisure facilities. 

 

Choose from an array of tastefully decorated spacious conference rooms based on your groups needs. Catering for groups from 2 - 400 with 9 Conference spaces available within the hotel we have the pleasure of offering you the Corporate Package and Conference Room that will be the perfect fit for your group.

• Seasons Suite - use of full room OR 3 separate locations, max 400 delegates

• Clara Suite - use of full room OR 2 separate locations, max 350 delegates

• Blackwater Suite - use of full room OR 2 separate locations, max 300 delegates

• Willow Room - use of full room, max delegates 40

• The Rossmore Boardroom - use of full room, max 14 delegates

Rooms can be booked on a half day or full day basis which includes all the facilities available and options of food add-ons available. Accommodation costings can be discussed directly with the hotel.

 

Seasons Suite

Our newest and largest Suite the Seasons Suite is the Jewel in the crown of Four Seasons Conference facilities. This classically decorated room comes with all the mod cons for a successful conference. The room itself can be used in full for a large conference or optionally can be sectioned into 3, breaking into the Autumn Suite, Summer Suite and Spring Suite for mid-size conference groups.

Clara Suite

The Clara Suite is a modern appointed tastefully decorated room, ideal for meetings of any size and boasts as standard a range of high-end state of the art equipment and facilities. The room can be used in full for a larger conference or sectioned into 2 areas Clara 1 and Clara 2 to cater for mid-sized or smaller groups.

Blackwater Suite

The Blackwater Suite is classically decorated with beautiful wall panels spanning the room. Ideal for meetings and events both large and small the Blackwater Suite can be used in full or divided into 2 separate rooms Blackwater 1 and Blackwater 2 which can each provide a space for large or small conferences and events. The facility hosts many features and equipment essential for modern day conferencing needs.

Working Environment: Air conditioning, state of the art lighting and sounds systems, blackout facilities. Partitions provide privacy for your meeting

Willow Room

The Willow Room is our newest addition to our smaller conference room facilities, it also is just off the main Clara Suite so can function ideally as a breakout room or as an area for drinks reception and refreshments. Recently refurbished to a high standard the Willow room offers smaller conferences a picturesque luxurious room which anyone would be happy to spend time in.

Working Environment: air conditioning, newly refurbished to the highest standards, open fire, abundance of natural light

The Rossmore Boardroom

A beautifully appointed executive boardroom providing an excellent environment for meetings. The Rossmore Boardroom features a large boardroom table where delegates of up to 14 can converse easily while in a comfortable setting. The Rossmore is also very suitable for smaller meetings which want to also dine together in a private environment.

Working Environment: natural daylight, blackout facilities, dimmer controlled lighting. A traditionally decorated room complimented with modern technology and equipment adds lots of character to the Rossmore Boardroom
