Whether you reserve your stay online or over the phone, the hotel’s booking policy is the same. Credit/debit card details will be required to guarantee your reservation. The same card will then be pre-charged 48-hours prior to your arrival, after 12 noon, unless the reservation is amended or cancelled prior to this time.
How can I make a special request regarding my stay?
Our team would love to help you with any special requirements for your stay, simply type your message/request into the special requests box after entering your name and email address whilst making your booking. Alternatively, you can arrange a special request by phoning/emailing the hotel.
Any extras must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any disappointment.

How many bedrooms are there in the hotel?
There are a total of 59 bedrooms in the hotel. To ensure all your guests can be accommodated for we have different room types; Double Guest Rooms, Twin Guest Rooms, Double Single Guest Rooms, Family Suites and 1 Superior Suite.

What time is check-in?
Check-in is officially available from 3pm onward; Subject to availability.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is officially at 11am.
Can I organise an early check-in?
The team will always do their best to get you in to a room as soon as possible, however early check-in is subject to availability on the date of arrival and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I arrive before my check in time to use the 4Fit Leisure Club facilities?
Pre-booked time slots for both the pool and gym are essential. You are more than welcome to avail of these facilities prior to checking-in, subject to availability.
What is the charge for late check-out?
Late check-out up to 1pm is €20 per room.
Will a member of staff be able to help with my luggage?
Staff will be on hand to help with guest luggage, but guests will be required to load and unload luggage onto the trollies to prevent cross contamination.

WIFI is available on a complimentary basis throughout the whole hotel. Connect via Virgin WIFI, select the red “go” button and if you have not used the service before, it will ask for your full name (first and last) and email address to proceed.

Yes, or you could choose to use the stairs to access the bedrooms either.

Can children use the 4Fit Leisure Club facilities?
Guests aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Does the hotel offer family or interconnecting guestrooms?
Family rooms are available to accommodate 3 guests with one double bed and one single bed, plus 2 4ft sofa beds in a separate living area, that can hold 1 child each and a separate bathroom.
Interconnecting rooms can be reserved directly by phone or email only. They consist of one room with a king-size double and an adjoining room with a 2 singles bed. Each room has a separate bathroom.
Does the hotel supply cots for babies/small children?
We have a number of travel-cots are available; we do not provide a separate mattress. Please inform reservations of your requirements at the time of booking.
Does the hotel have wheelchair-friendly guestrooms?
The hotel has a number of accessible guestrooms; please inform reservations at the time of booking of your needs.
Who do I let know about my dietary requirements?
If you suffer from any allergies it is very important that you make the team aware of them upon booking.

There is ample complimentary car-parking on the hotel grounds. Please note guests park at their own risk and the hotel will not accept any responsibility for damage or theft.

There are accessible parking spaces close to the hotel’s accessible ramped entrance.
Do you have an Electric Vehicle Charging Point?
There is one pay as you go EasyGo electric charging point located in the car-park.
Can I leave my luggage at the Hotel before check-in/after check-out?
Luggage storage facilities are not available due to current restrictions; therefore, the guests’ luggage must be stored in their own vehicle or remain with the guests.

If we find your forgotten item/s, we will allow 30 days for the item/s to be collected/post. After this time the item/s will be disposed of. Please note should you wish to have your item/s posted, credit/debit card details (16-digit card number, expiry date & 3-digit CVV number) will be required.
