To make sure your stay is as enjoyable and safe as possible, we would like to draw your attention to our heightened hygiene and safety measures which have been implemented throughout the hotel. These have been developed in line with current Government, HSE and Irish Hotel Federation guidelines, we have also been accredited with the COVID-19 Safety Charter by Failté Ireland
Please rest assured we are doing our utmost to combat COVID-19 and we would kindly ask you to play your part by social distancing from our other guests, especially in corridors, in the lift and when standing in queues. Please also be mindful of our teams during your stay; When serving you they will wear protective visors or be seated behind a screen and in turn we would appreciate if you could wear face masks as per current guidelines. Please note that both disposable masks or gloves are available upon request, just ask a member of the team!
Our dining options are operating at a limited capacity, affording social distancing between tables. We recommend you reserve all of your preferred dining times so as to avoid any disappointment. All of our menus are laminated, these along with any condiments are removed and sanitised after each use. Please note that alcohol is available to you during your stay but it must be served along-side a substantial meal.
On the day of your arrival, check-in is from 3pm. Unfortunately, under current safety guidelines, we are not permitted to store your luggage prior to your check-in or on check-out, which is at 11am on your day of departure.
We use high grade disinfectant cleaning products throughout the property, inclusive of an E-spray professional electrostatic gun that distributes disinfectant solutions effectively and uniformly across spaces to ensure we meet the expected practices of the World Health Organisation, the Health Service Executive and Government. Employees using these products are supplied with the appropriate PPE and training. Frequent and vigorous cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces and touch points is done throughout the hotel and where possible we will also try to increase the fresh natural air flow through the property.
Communal hand sanitiser dispensers are placed at all guest and employee entrances/exists, along with further dispensers at all ‘contact areas’ (i.e., reception desk, private suite entrances, Still Bar/Range Restaurant entrances, 4Fit Leisure Club, etc). All employees will wash their hands at regular intervals with antibacterial soap, for the recommended 20 seconds and will use antibacterial cleaning products when using shared equipment.
Our 4Fit Leisure Club is complimentary during your stay and at present our 18m swimming pool and recently refurbished gym are the only elements of the Leisure Club permitted to be open. We have had to reduce the capacity of the club, so it will be necessary to book a time slot which will be limited to 45 minutes. All travelling visitors from outside of Ireland, both on & off the ‘travelling green list’ are required to complete a Passenger Locator Form before you arrive. Failure to complete the form could result in the issuing of penalties, including a fine of up to €2,500 or imprisonment for up to 6 months. If you are travelling to Ireland from a location that is not on the COVID-19 Green List you will be requested to restrict your movements for 14 days, we do not permit this to be done in the hotel.
